If you have always wanted to learn how to can vegetables but you're not sure where to start, this is the class for you! Come learn from your local Cooperative Extension Agent Chantel Welker, how to safely preserve food. You will learn pressure canning basics and watch a live demonstration of the pressure canning procedure.
Seats are limited, and advance registration is required. There is a $5 registration fee. Please call 910-798-7660 or stop by to register.
Weekly gardening class for 3rd-5th grade students. Early registration through Feb 1st is $40, then $50 until Feb 15th or until full.
