to ALL of our 4-H members, volunteers, and supporters who were recognized for their outstanding achievements for 2021!

On Sunday, March 13, 2022, New Hanover County 4-H held their 4-H Awards Day Ceremony. The celebration was the first in-person awards ceremony since 2019  due to the pandemic. We are excited to have this year’s Awards Day in person!

This year’s theme: 4-H: One Size Fits ALL truly represents the unique and diverse programs that 4-H offers to all youth and adults.

We recognized award winners and accomplishments for the 2021 4-H year. We were honored to have Chair Julia Olson-Boseman of the New Hanover County Commissioners bring greetings on behave of the county commissioners. Joining Chair Olson-Boseman were Commissioners Bill Rivenbark and Rob Zapple.

This year we are excited to announce The Farm Bureau Leadership Award for 4-H Volunteer and 4-H Youth. Farm Bureau New Hanover County is sponsoring this award to recognize the outstanding 4-H volunteer and 4-H youth. Recipients received a engraved cup and a $50 gift card.
