Samantha Byrd

As the Consumer Horticulture Program Assistant for NC Cooperative Extension in New Hanover County, I assist in supporting the Consumer Horticulture Program through management of the Extension Master Gardener program, providing volunteer training and outreach to support the Arboretum and Gardens. I also manage the "Nature at Home" program, promoting ecological practices in landscaping. My role includes collaborating with community organizations and promoting the Consumer Horticulture Program.
