— Written By and last updated by

If you know of a teen who takes the lead in their school, church, community and or club, share with them that New Hanover County 4-H is looking for civic minded leaders to join the New Hanover 4-H Teen Council.

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the New Hanover County Center and Arboretum at 6206 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.

Teens will plan events, participate in community service, fundraisers, and more! Teen Council members must be 13 year old as of January 1. So don’t wait… join with a friend and start leading on another level!
